At Pepe Ganga Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging if possible.

  Ship the Package

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
